If you are more than 9 minutes late you will forfeit your appointment time and will be charged 50% of the service fee for the missed appointment. We request 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment.Canceling prior to 24 hours will result in a 50% cancellation fee! NO CALL NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the service fee & will require a 50% deposit for future bookings.
